The initial work was completed satisfactorily on 28/11/2025 and an advisory was issuued on a tyre. I arranged for the work to be carried out at 10 a.m. on 01/12/25. I turned up for the appointment and had to wait two hours for the job to be complete

Generally happy with the mechanical work carried out, but let down by lack of care for the vehicle interior. Silverstone leather and seat bolster worn and dirty after handing back the vehicle. Manager agreed to resolve this but still no contact made.

Headlight issue sorted fine, however the tyre pressure's were not looked at and taken care of as per check-in instructions and the car was not washed and vacuumed as per check-in request

Didn't like the fact I had my sun visor changed and the new one had a giant sticker which is one you can't take off spread just about the full length of the side which points out to the road, when visor is in use it reads upside down, look dreadful

Communication great throughout. When collecting the car, we had plenty of time to go over all of the details and shown how to use the specs of the car. Never once felt rushed.
