I dealt with Connor at Teesside and while there was a problem of breaking a pipe during the recall for ERG valve Connor kept me fully informed and answered all my questions fully I was very comfortable with his service

The service representative that i dealt with was as helpful as she could be but id wated for a few weeks for tthe appointment only to be told on picking the car up that the technicians that were needed to investigate the problem were not in that day!

Really thorough inspection and video provided confidence. Did opt for the BMW top up oil offer complete with the complimentary storage bag, upon collection I was told that there wasn't any bags available (part of the offer).
